It’s hard to imagine the scale and impact of proposed structures from flat static drawings. The best way to get a feel for what a future environment will be like other than building it in real life and standing back to look, is a 3D model viewed in full motion video.

Navigating around the model after you click on one:

After you click on one of the models above, your default view will be an aerial view directly from above downtown. You can then use your mouse or keyboard to zoom in, tilt the viewing angle, move and rotate around the model to view it from any perspective, including views that show what it would be like to walk down the street in the environment.

 

If you have an Xbox controller connected to your computer, you can use it to navigate around the model.
